Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout at the customers discretion. Fire Records is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). Fire Records will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Returns are accepted ONLY for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive an item that has one of these issues, or you are missing merchandise, please email us warehouse@firerecords.com

Some issues may require photo verification.

Fire Records cannot accept exchanges on items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect.
