Refund / Exchange Policy
- If the item is faulty (manufacturing defects, etc)– replaced free of charge, or a full refund if the item is out of stock.
- If the item is slightly damaged in transit (sleeve corner slightly bent or any other minor sleeve damage that doesn’t make the product unusable) – contact firstname.lastname@example.org do discuss options.
- If the item is severely damaged in transit, it will be replaced for free, if the item is in stock, or a full refund will be offered if not in stock.
- If you wish to return or exchange the item, you must return with original packaging, unopened and free of damages. Shipping is paid by the customer. Items that have been opened are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- All on-sale items are final. Items listed at a sale price are not eligible for a return or exchange.
